Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the Segments website and to inquiries, quotes, orders, hosting requests, cloud-mining requests, and infrastructure services unless a signed contract states otherwise.

Website prices, hosting rates, power availability, and deployment timelines are indicative until confirmed in writing. Hosting rates may be shown in USD per kWh; any EUR comparison, taxes, import charges, deposit, setup fee, or installation fee is confirmed in the individual offer.

Mining revenue depends on network difficulty, block rewards, transaction fees, asset prices, pool performance, uptime, energy costs, regulation, and hardware performance. Segments does not guarantee profit, ROI, asset price appreciation, or a fixed daily payout unless expressly stated in a signed contract.

Hardware orders are subject to manufacturer availability, batch timing, customs, logistics, and payment confirmation. Hosting activation depends on site capacity, technical compatibility, KYC or business checks where applicable, and receipt of deposits or setup fees.

Card, crypto, bank-transfer, and wallet-top-up payment flows may be handled by external providers. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are reviewed under the applicable order terms and the published return policy.

You must not use the website, checkout, support channels, or infrastructure services for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, abuse, interference with systems, or misrepresentation of identity or source of funds.
