What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, cryptocurrency payments (BTC, USDT), and wire transfers. Contact us to discuss payment options for your specific order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship machines worldwide with full logistics support, and we host them in our ten UAE centres. Our sales offices in Dubai, Athens and Kochi handle delivery questions in your time zone.
What warranty do you provide on mining machines?
Machines carry the manufacturer's warranty. The term depends on the model and is shown before you buy. For machines hosted with us, our repair team handles warranty claims. On Hosting, repairs are free for an initial period and then quoted before any work; on Full-care hosting no repair is billed for the whole term. Cloud mining clients never pay for repairs.
Can I visit your facility?
Yes, we welcome facility tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit to see our hosting facilities and data center operations. This is especially recommended for customers considering large deployments.

Are machines hosted with Segments insured?
Cloud mining runs on machines we own: we insure them, and every repair is included in the rate. A machine you own and host with us is not insured by Segments, so you may arrange your own cover. Its repairs run under the maker's warranty, then are quoted before any work.
Where are your offices and operations located?
Our hosting centres are in the United Arab Emirates. Sales offices are in Dubai (HQ), Athens and Kochi. Paraguay and Mexico are coming next.
How fast can my miner be operational?
Usually within 24 hours of confirmed payment, at any of our UAE hosting centres.
